Since childhood I was one of the most communicative person amongst my family and my friends. I could speak with surrounding people all day, but in addition to that I used to be super excited to help people solve any problems they faced. Problem-solving led me to math and physics, that’s why I started studying energy engineering. Nevertheless, I kept working on consultation field due to the fact that I wanted to help people to know better about topics related to energy technologies.
From the day I started my career on consultation field, I realised that I want to continue rendering particular content for people who are interested and help solving their problems using my lovely skill – communication.
When I joined Monetha, I found communication field from scratch because, finally, I got the chance to connect my favorite fields – communication and technologies. Now I’m more than happy having an opportunity to communicate with such amount of different people and help them to know better about various things, especially blockchain, payments and trust.
I strongly believe that trust and respect in communication is the key to the most effective conversation with community and users. Particularity is one of the main aspect of being community manager and managing the information flow for customers.
The belief in blockchain and new technologies brought me to Monetha. First time, when I heard about blockchain it looked like something interesting and new. Over some period of time I found out about this project and I decided to fully concentrate on this specific field – communication and blockchain.
The concept of Monetha fascinated me from the very first contact with the team. Trust in e-commerce and classified ads were always a huge problem and the way of using blockchain is very attractive for me because of the transparency it can create.
Sometimes on Fridays we have “pizza day” but one Friday there was an exception.. The burger restaurant near our office announced about the huge discounts on that day. We were attracted by that, so we decided to get burgers for everyone in the office. It looked so funny when Erikas, our Design Lead, came with two enormous bags of burgers. There were around 50 burgers.. What a view! We even built the pyramid from burgers in the middle of the office. 🙂
