Interview with Monetha’s Office Manager | Meda
Tell us a bit more about your professional background? How did you get into managing offices?
A year ago I started internship at “Lietuvos energija”, after a month they offered me a position as Office Manager. At that point I already knew everyone in the office and although I wasn’t planning to be an ofice manager, I took the opportunity. And here I am – still administrating. I guess I found my calling.
What do you love about your profession?
I love that I get to be the person everyone turns to when they need help/information, I am always in the middle of action in the office. I think of office manager as a mom figure in the office.
What is your philosophy behind office management?
Be there when they need you.
What brought you to Monetha? What do you like about the product?
To be honest, before starting to work for Monetha I knew only little about the company and the product. After learning more about it, I came to conclusion that features like Trust and Reputation System are very beneficial (especially when you have the right team and the right tools to make it work).
Any funny/interesting stories that you can share from your time in Monetha?
The most memorable moment was when we ordered cake for ICO birthday and got completely different than expected cake with a grammar mistake on it. You have to see the expectation vs. reality photos to get the idea.
